Methodology

Active designer listings with disclosed salary ranges across Greenhouse, Ashby, LinkedIn, Dribbble, and WWR. Remote posture extracted from listing text (REMOTE, HYBRID, ONSITE, UNKNOWN). Listings with salary outside $15k–$600k/year are excluded as outliers or data-quality issues.
